How to Order

Orders should be placed by completing the enclosed Sales Order form and sending it by Fax or Mail. Orders may also be E-mailed or Phoned. Special Sales Order forms for custom orders other than doors and drawer fronts are available upon request.

We will provide confirmation of all orders received by Fax, Mail or E-mail and CCI will accept responsibility for accuracy in shipment of orders placed by mail, fax, or E-Mail. Customer is responsible for accuracy of orders placed by phone.

We prefer to receive orders by fax or mail because written orders minimize the possibility of costly errors. We will take verbal orders, however we do not accept responsibility for delays or inaccuracy of verbal orders.

Terms

New Customers
A deposit of 50% is required with the order and the balance due upon delivery or pickup. Deposits and payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard or Check.
Established Customers
Once a relationship has been established, orders will be shipped and invoiced C.O.D.
Upon approval of credit application with personal guarantee orders will be shipped and invoiced with terms of NET 30 from date of invoice.

$50.00 Fee for all returned checks
1.5% per month late fee on all past due balances.

Lead Times

Standard Style Wood Doors and Drawer Fronts – Order completed 5 working days after day of order
Raw MDF – Order completed 7 working days after day of order
RTF – Order completed 12 working days after day of order
Orders received after 2:00 PM CST will be considered received on the following day

Rush Orders: Placed on a first come first serve basis. If received before 12 noon CST they will be shipped in two working days. Rush shipments carry a 30% up charge.

Specialty items are shipped as soon as possible depending on construction characteristics.

Conditions

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed in production which will normally occur within one hour after order is confirmed. Cabinet Components Inc. is not liable for any delay in performance or failure to perform if the delay or failure is caused by an event(s) beyond its control. Customer must notify CCI immediately of shipment shortages or receipt of nonconforming or damaged products. Claims must include proper documentation (original order, order confirmation and bill of lading with damage notation) and be submitted to CCI within 24 hours after shipment is received.

Following receipt of claim CCI shall, at its option, either repair, replace or give credit for the price of the goods. Any repair of goods without the expressed approval of CCI signifies acceptance of the goods as if they were conforming and CCI is not liable for the cost of the repair.

Shipment Options

CCI will ship orders in the most cost effective manner, based on size of order. All freight orders can be shipped COD or costs added to invoice in final billing.

Please report any freight damage to the delivering driver and note on the bill of lading the problem to assure that a freight claim can be filed and processed without delay.
